This section sets out important information in relation to the Storehouse Residential Trust (ARSN 135 812 074) to be considered in making any investment in the Trust.

Storehouse Residential Trust (ARSN 135 812 074) has over 100 unit holders and is therefore a 'disclosing entity' for the purposes of the Corporations Act 2001.

As a disclosing entity, investors will have the right to obtain the following information from the Responsible Entity, K2 Asset Management :

  •   the most recent annual report for the Trust

  • the most recent half yearly financial report for the trust lodged with ASIC

  • any continuous disclosure notices issued in respect of the trust.
